Perlove Medical ERCP Training Course Intensive Interventional C-Arm in Minimally Invasive Treatment
In recent years, gastrointestinal endoscopy technology has developed rapidly, especially ERCP interventional therapy is advancing by leaps and bounds, and has become an indispensable means of treatment in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases. In order to promote ERCP new theories, new technologies, new methods of academic exchanges, popularize and improve the standardization and safety of ERCP operation technology, PU AI medical hand in hand with the Nanjing Jiangning Hospital to jointly carry out ERCP training courses, through the theoretical courses and interventional C-arm practice combined with the teaching method, to help more doctors to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment technology, and to promote the high-quality development of the level of ERCP diagnosis and treatment.

ERCP Training Course
ERCP: Minimally invasive treatment technology without incision
ERCP is a minimally invasive procedure that combines endoscopic and interventional C-arm X-ray technology to diagnose and treat biliary and pancreatic diseases. By inserting a thin flexible tube with a camera (duodenoscope) into the patient’s mouth, through the esophagus and stomach to the duodenum, the surgeon is able to visualize the openings of the bile ducts and the pancreatic ducts on the screen and perform the appropriate treatment operations.
This technique avoids the greater trauma associated with traditional open heart surgery and provides a relatively safe and effective treatment option for patients. However, since precise positioning and clear imaging are required during the procedure, a high-quality interventional C-arm imaging system is essential.
As the surgeon’s “battle map”, intraoperative imaging plays an important role in ERCP by providing the surgeon with a real-time view of the procedure. The PLX7100A interventional C-arm fluoroscopy device manufactured by PUMAI plays a pivotal role in ERCP procedures. Compared with traditional linear X-ray machines, the interventional C-arm can be rotated freely for multi-angle irradiation, which greatly enhances the flexibility of operation and the breadth of vision.

Interventional C-arm of Perlove Medical
In the ERCP training course, Director He Qibin introduced the operation of the interventional C-arm in detail and demonstrated how to utilize it for real-time imaging through actual operation, so that doctors can clearly identify the structure of the bile ducts and pancreatic ducts to ensure the safety and accuracy of the treatment process.

Theoretical lecture of ERCP training course
Participants of the ERCP training course came to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital to observe the ERCP surgery, discuss the difficult clinical problems with experts and learn the advanced skills of using interventional C-arm equipment for ERCP surgery.
